This is what I am working towards. Would love to know anyone's thoughts before it is implemented. Thanks.

Without having any knowledge as to how the real tours do it I think that looks good to me. I like the idea of rewarding points for completing tournaments.

Yeah, I like the idea of rewarding completed tournaments as well. I do plan on putting another twist/feature - but want to settle into this format first. As I have researched, the cuts made and top 10, etc - play a role in "real" tours, but since the cuts made doesn't apply, I figured I'd keep it simple.

I like it as well, what about maybe a bonus point for low round of the week as well?

Looks good, except for being under Andi Bonus point for low round would be good, how about a bonus point for biggest differential for improved score in the 3rd round compared to rounds 1 and 2 for those that don't finish in the money or outside the top 10? Might give the guys who are mid and low pack of the leaderboard something to play for? Reward someone who shoots 81 in rounds 1 and 2 and manages to score 74 in the last round?

Where you should be, lol,
Also like the idea of trying to get all competitors who compete something to play for.

I think we could definitely work that out. Bear in mind EVERYTHING related to the site is done in google sheets/excel - so formula heavy, and I'm not the best at it. I think this one could be easier, it would be simply the sum of 2 columns (Rd 1 and Rd2) subtracted by the difference of column that holds the Rd3. I can do "if >10" then "2 pts" or something. Make sense? lol

Okay, here is what I'm working with - and it will be applied to past tournaments and those going forward. The Money list link within the site will include the final standings and an column that shows "RGT Points" (our Fedex points). I will also include a link within the table that will direct to the breakdown of the points origin.
Thanks everyone for their input, think this will be quite enjoyable. I will make an announcement shortly after I test it within final standing tables, etc.
Reg. Winner - 100 pts Major Winner - 200 pts
2nd Place - 50 Pts Major 2nd - 100 pts
3rd Place - 30 pts Major 3rd - 60 pts
4th-10th - 10 pts Major 4th-10th - 40 pts
In the Money - 5 pts
Low ROTW - 4 pts
3rd Rd Push (only outside Top10) - 3 pts
All rounds Complete - 3 pts

Personally i think the gaps are too far apart ,you cud easily find sum1 running away with the yr only a few weeks in . Say win 100 2nd 80 3rd 65 4th 50 and reward to 10th the rest is grt . Eg a player wins 4 events thats 400 another comes 4th 4x thats 40 pts uncatchable lead imo

Here is the adjustment from my previous post.

I wanted to add regarding the Low ROTW, if the round score is tied among players, the score that is in the latest round (so Round 3 would win out) will be taken into consideration. If it goes beyond that (both players low round in rd 3), then the player with the higher finish will win out. If both players are tied, then no player will win out and both players will be awarded with the Low ROTW 5 pts.
Make sense?

With about 25 players finishing at this point, it seems like 4-10 getting the same points is a bit of a wide range.
Using last week as an example, I finished T4 (-15) and received the same amount of points as a player who shot -4 and finished in 10th out of the 24 players who completed 3 rounds.
If we had 100+ player fields I could see lumping in 4-10, but as it stands there is too large of a performance gap between 4th and 10th place to warrant equal points IMO.
